Unfortunately all 3 games were rained of these weekend however there was some good news to come from this. The 3rd XI were promoted by just 1 point as they managed to hold on to 3rd spot as they relied on other scores!! This is a great achievement from the 3rd XI as this is now back to back promotions for the side. Findon 3rd XI will now there cricket in West Invitation Cricket Division 4!

The weather was not so good news for the 1st as they moved down a position to 8th place as Ifield beat Haywards Heath in a 20 over game which meant they picked up 6 more points than everybody else in the division which saw them climb just 4 points above us. The bottom of this division is extremely close and in order to be definate of our position in Sussex Division 2 for next season, the 1st XI require a win next week away at Sidley CC who will finish bottom of the division.

The 2nd XI a currently second to bottom in there divison however the division then end up in next year decides on how the 1st XI do as they follow them in to whatever division they will play in.

Also the Under 18s qualified for the semi final of their competition as other teams pulling out and the weather saw them being given the points for 3 games. The Under 18s will now face a tough game at home to Three Bridges CC as they look to defend there title and secure a place for another day out at Hove!
